First taste of Flagstaff Winter

Today is another beautiful day in the Flagstaff area and most of Arizona.  However that is about to change as a storm front approaches that will bring us rain and likely some snow as well.  The rain may be heavy at times by late tomorrow and snow is possible through Tuesday.  The coming week will see temperatures here fall considerably with highs in the 30's and 40's.  This is not expected to be a major snow event but roads may be a bit icy at times.  As always we are open for guests here at Elden Trails Bed and Breakfast.  Many of the Elden Trails summer and fall chores are complete but not all, there will be plenty of work to attend to once spring arrives.  Its amazing to find many of the stores in full Christmas mode and its not even Thanksgiving yet but I guess with the tenuous state of the economy they need to get a jump on things.  Toward that end we still have plenty of December openings and November too so if you are looking for a mountain scene getaway give us a call (928-266-0230) and we'll show you some real mountain town hospitality,

We requested a vegan breakfast and it far exceeded our expectations. Plenty of variety and it was very tasty."
